A Daily Quest and all content, features, and functionality of the service — including but not limited to the design, graphics, game mechanics, and text — are owned by A Daily Quest and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our explicit written permission.
Any content you submit (such as custom task names or your oath text) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as part of providing the service.
A Daily Quest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not responsible for any loss of data, progress, or streaks caused by technical issues, outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
The app is a productivity and self-improvement tool. We make no claims or guarantees about the results you will achieve from using it. Your results depend entirely on your own effort and commitment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Daily Quest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, or $10, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify users via the app or by email. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
